Every woman has a bit of the shamaness within her.

It is the part of you that finds meaning in fallen feathers, dreams to the sound of drumming, and is followed by the spirit of raven, crow, wolf and jaguar wherever you go. This part of you knows the magic of synchronicity, the power of rivers, tides, fire and wind - and is able to walk between the worlds, straddle realities and shift consciousness at will.

Shaman woman looks to the moon for guidance, bathes in its light and follows its journey across the sky with a keen knowing that everything in the universe is as it is above, and so it is below.

She comes to the crossroads of the ending and new year with reverence, prayer and a knowing that wherever there is in-betweenness the veils are thin, and that she will be granted passage, visage and entry into the places of the ancestors, the places of memory, healing and letting go.

A time of great contrast, the end of the year asks for releasing and gathering, transformation and renewal, completion and beginning. And it is this juxtaposition that calls our inner shamaness to emerge with all of her softness and strength, tenderness and wildness, mystery and openness - she is contrast personified. It is with this part of ourselves that we will navigate the crossroads from this year to the next.

What will you release, transform and complete as your year ends? What are your new year plans for transformation, renewal and beginnings?

I've been deep in the creative cave these days; and working hard to let go of the old and make way for the new. One of the results of all of this is a newly designed Goddess Almanac and Goddess Lunar Calendar for 2016. Stay tuned as I roll them out in January. In the meantime, please enjoy these lovely printable pages for new year inspiration. Just click the button below to download.

May this year end with grace and ease, and may the new one arrive with magic in tow. May you awaken on January 1st with a light heart, an open mind and all of your wishes and desires on their way to you. May you know yourself as a goddess on earth!

As always, I am wishing you Goddess blessings and lunar light!
